About Us

Summit Strategic Consulting was founded by Brian Domke to help groups improve performance by accessing the experience, knowledge and creativity within each of its members, and then transforming that intrinsic value into actionable ideas.

Brian has been entrusted with numerous leadership roles throughout his career, including as an Elected County Commissioner (Bonner County, Idaho), the Vice President of a national architecture and engineering firm (Tetra Tech Architects & Engineers), a Regional Manager of a multi-state engineering firm (LaBella Associates), and the Engineering Services Manager of an aerospace manufacturing company (Daher Kodiak).

He offers over 25-years of experience facilitating groups to share knowledge, explore new ideas, build trust, and achieve desired outcomes. Brian has used a variety of workshop methods to guide groups that include the executive leaders of professional design firms, manufacturing companies, research & development teams, educators, students, and business startups.

As a trained facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials for over 15-years, Brian has come to value using this skill set as a highly engaging and effective tool at achieving full participant workshop involvement that results in extracting a greater depth of knowledge, while producing more memorable and actionable outcomes.

Our coaching method isn't about giving the answers, it's about improving the leadership's ability to find and execute the most effective answers.

SERVICE Rates

Summit Strategic Consulting offers both full-day and half-day workshops to meet your needs.

Facilitated Workshop Rates:

Full-day (6 to 8 hours) facilitated session $3,900
Half-day (3 to 4 hours) facilitated session $2,900

Group Size: Each workshop accommodates up to 12 participants. Larger groups can be accommodated as a special request for an additional fee.

Travel Pricing: Locations within 100 miles of our business (Sagle, Idaho) are part of the local service area and included in the workshop fee. Workshops held outside the local service area are charged $1.00/mile round trip for each mile beyond the 100 mile local service area.

Overnight Travel: Actual lodging costs, plus $75/day travel per diem.

Business Coaching Rates: This service is custom tailored to meet the needs of each client. Services are provide at the rate of $120 per hour or as a fixed fee package. Contact us to discuss building a business coaching package specific to your needs and goals.
